Killzone Liberation (KZL for short) is probably one of the best multiplayer game ever made for the PSP so far. Or so I think anyway. There are other great internet games like Socom, but I suck in controlling the crosshair
with the analog stick. In KZL you just have to move the analog stick to face the enemy and start firing and it will auto aim. What so great about the game then? It’s like using an Aimbot. The challenge here is how you evade and make use of grenades. The bullets move slow enough for you to evade but quick enough for you to die as well.
Another interesting thing about KZL online play is it comes with a ranking system. The more points you get in a game you level up military style. There there are a bunch of other cool shit on the official website at Killzone.com like linking your KZL online handle (the name you use in your online play) with your Killzone.com login so you can view your online game stats on the website. Most important of all the game is really active. At anytime of the day I login there are tons of games going on. It’s no trouble finding a game. Well that’s about all of the good things about KZL… Now on to the bad.
KZL Online is filled with cheaters. When I first started which was… yesterday, I got into some games where some people were impossible to kill. So I thought maybe they are high level ranking players so they get some sort of defense and health point bonus or something. Then I saw even weirder shit, people flying and running really fast. I Google’ed a bit and found some cheat programs. Basically with this program and the correct codes you can do everything from infinite health points to unlimited ammo to fast reload to spawning with whatever weapon you want. Basically all you really need is infinite health points to fuck up any game.
Now, hacking/cheating in KZL is really easy. But not nearly easy enough. I’ve never cheated on PSP games before so I’m not familiar with it. I did a little research and it took me quite a while to learn how to cheat in KZL, and I had to read from a few sites. So, I’ve decided to make a new guide on how to cheat in KZL. This guide is going to be so dumb shit proof that even my 24 year old brother can understand.
Before you start, please check if you have the following:
- PSP with CFW (Custom Firmware). I’m using 5.00 M33 by Dark Alex.
- Killzone Liberation. There are 2 versions. The EU and US version. In this guide I’m using the US version. The cheat codes for the EU version will NOT work on the US version!
- A computer with an Internet connection and at least 1MB of storage for the files needed.
- A free USB port on your computer.
- The essential tools to connect your PSP to the computer for example a Pro Duo Mem Stick adapter or USB Cable.
- Some fucking common sense and ability to read the guide thoroughly before asking stupid questions.
Once you have all of the above. Proceed to get the following:
- nitePR – This program will load the cheats. There are some other programs like codePR and so on. But I’m using nitePR.
- WinRAR or some program that can un-rar .rar files.

1. Once you download nitePR to your computer, un-rar it and you will see the following files:
2. After that, connect your PSP or Memory Stick to your computer. Your Memory Stick should have a “seplugins” folder like in the picture below. If not, create one.
3. Copy the files from the appropriate version to your seplugins folder. If you have no fucking idea what version firmware you have, your quest for KZL cheats ends here.
4. In your seplugins folder you should also have a game.txt file.
5. If you don’t have a game.txt file then you have to create one. If you already have one, just add the following lines: ms0:/seplugins/nitePR.prx
6. Next copy your downloaded “UCUS-98646” and put it into your /seplugins/nitePR folder. If you have more cheats for KZL just edit “UCUS-98646” and add the codes.
7. Now you need to reboot your PSP in Recovery Mode. If your PSP is on, hold your on button up for a few seconds until your PSP shuts down. Then turn your PSP back on while holding the “R” button. If you have no fucking idea how to do this, take your PSP and slap yourself.
8. Once your PSP goes into Recovery Mode, choose the plugins option and turn nitePR.prx on. Sorry but I’m too lazy to download the plugins to take screenshots in Recovery Mode. But seriously how dumb can one be to not understand these simple steps?
9. Once you get all that shit done. Run KZL. Then press the volume – and + button at the same time.
10. Once nitePR starts. You should be able to see a bunch of cheats for KZL. Just press “X” to select the cheats you want.
11. Use the “R” button to move to the PRX menu. Then change Cheat Hz? to 15/1000 seconds. Personally I can run my cheats on 0/1000. But there have been reports that some only can run on 15/1000.
12. After selecting the cheats you want. Press the “note” button to activate the cheats. Press the “note” button again to deactivate.
So that’s about it. Cheat responsibly on Killzone Liberation. Only use Infinite Health if other people use it first. It would be really stupid if everybody had Infinite Health and nobody could die.
Notes:

- I did not make the cheat codes, somebody gave it to me.
- Personally I only use “unlimited ammo” and “quick reload”. I only use “Infinite Health” when some other idiot is using it first. But I normally leave the game if somebody is using Unlimited Health or throwing crazy grenades.
- I’m not trying to kill the game. I hope they can fix this cheating problem on KZL Online. If not then I hope everyone cheats to even out the game.
