Drudging through the valley of death,
Alone in the dark with my sword unsheathed,
Making no mistake of the dangers that lies ahead,
I kept on wandering blindly without a dread,
After all my life isn’t all that great,
Not that I cared if I was dead.
Wandering on and on,
In the dark where we don’t belong,
Lightning flashed and rain fell long,
Lingering aimlessly from Dusk till Dawn.
As I was running out of time,
Light shone on something I thought was mine,
Was I terribly wrong to find,
Asked myself if maybe I was blind,
You looked so lovely in body and mind,
Standing between a dream and being mine.
Look closely in the passage,
Our names are engraved in the message,
Very obvious its in the fall,
Every meaning hidden in the sentence wall.
Don’t look back and regret the memories,
As I wish it was only temporary,
Whether or not there is an ending to this story,
Never will you know that I loved you most in my history.
